Hera Normandie is a wedding & event planner agency based in France
in the beautiful contryside of Normandy.
We are specialised in bespoke wedding planning.
Caroline is the driving force behind Hera Normandie and remains personally involved in every client’s wedding. She is passionate, friendly, rigorous, attentive and discreet, adapting herself to offer a highly personal wedding planning service according to the bride and groom’s wishes. Her ultimate goal is to fill the guests with wonder and spoil them.
Caroline holds a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Normandy Business School. Prior to launching Hera Normandie, she worked as an accountant for an international industrial company. This experience increased her interpersonal, organization and budgeting skills.

Newly married with the fantastic man who has been sharing her life since 2004, she is also the happy Mom of three cute little children.

Full Wedding Planning
This service is for couples seeking the full support and experience of a wedding planner.
At the initial consultation – which is free of charge – we go into great detail with you to really get to know you, your styles and your wedding wishes. This step is essential to submit you a bespoke proposal.
Once the contract is signed, we use our vast experience, contacts, planning and budgeting skills but also our creativity to build your dreamt wedding hand in hand. We help you to find your perfect venue and trusted providers matching your requirements. We provide you unlimited advice, control the budget and establish for you a detailed schedule. We suggest you creative design that reflects your style and history. At all time you are in control, with key decisions and choices always being signed off by yourselves. We tailor our service to clients’ circumstances, whether you want to attend to every detail with our assistance and guidance, or are happy to delegate to us.
On the big day, we manage all the logistics so that everything runs smoothly : set up the decorating, welcome your guests, coordinate the vendors…
Wedding Day Management
If you wish to organise your wedding by yourselves but want to make sure everything goes well on the wedding day, signing for our wedding day management service is the best option. Our mission will consist in discussing with you final details and manage your wedding so that you and your relatives can relax and make the most of the day. We will contact all your providers to check with them timing and instructions. On the big day we will be the main point of contact, we will manage the timeline and solve any problem that might occur. We will install ornament when needed, assist vendors and make sure that you and your guests are enjoying your wedding.
Wedding Design
This service is intended for couples looking for bespoke (often hand-crafted) design. Like for the full wedding planning service, at the initial free of charge consultation, we go into great detail with you to really get to know you, your styles and wishes. This step is essential to submit you a bespoke proposal.
After contract’s signature we propose you several mood boards that reflect your style and history. Once the theme of your wedding is defined, we are in charge of the material procurements and we realise the requested hand-crafted objects (stationery, ceiling and table centers, presentation of the table seating plan, money box, sweet tables, photobooth, guestbook, …). The day before the big day, we assist you to place all your decoration in the venue. At all time you are in control, with key decisions and choices always being signed off by yourselves.
If you wish to design your event by yourselves, renting the decoration is a good option : less expensive than buying, and no need to stock. We are pleased to let you know that we propose many objects at rental. Wedding Ceremony Officer
With this service, let’s create a beautiful and romantic ceremony that you and your guests will remember and enjoy ! We are committed to designing a personal and fully customized wedding ceremony that incorporates your values and beliefs, celebrates who you are as a couple, and includes traditions that represent you best. You are encouraged to be hands-on in the creation process : indeed, the more you are hands-on, the more your ceremony will be personalised and reflect who you are as a couple.
At the initial consultation we go into great detail with you to really get to know you, your values and beliefs. After the contract is signed, we create hand in hand your customised ceremony. On the wedding day, we officiate the ceremony. Upon request, we can program a rehearsal the day before.
